    Went into for a diagnostic quote to fix our daughters Mac book. We were quoted a ridiculously high amount with zero written explaination except it would not include any new parts. When asked for a written quote the owner began yelling and stating he is too busy and told us to leave. He was running from side to side behind his counter raising his voice that he does not need to give us any explaination around the quote. I am guessing due to this reaction a red flag was raised **** **** ******** ** ******* * ****. BEWARE

    I was told explicitly it would take two weeks to have my pc fixed, after two weeks passed they told me it would take another week. After that week they told me it would take until the end of july, over a month away. They charged me nearly 700$ for this and I paid under the belief it would only take two weeks. After waiting nearly 4 weeks they also refused to refund me my money and claimed the receipt they gave me wasn't even a receipt despite they themselves referring to it as a receipt. I still have yet to be refunded.
