March 17 2023 was supose to install new furnance and heat pump. They installed furnace and recieved payment for ********* from SNAP Financial on march 20th 2023 but did not install heat pump untill june 16th 2023. They used a a signature that is not mine without my knowledge saying the work was complete which i did not authorize on the invoice in order to get paid. They had to replace the furnace and heat pump in January 2024 with ongoing problems and i was offered ***** 00 fot their no ****** guarantee and new warranty which i have not received. I have called, left messages and texted *******, but I am being ignored, their word means nothing to the customer. The heat pump installed has a lower seer rating than the first heat pump installed and i was told it would be a better upgrade. They also scrapped off the seer rating on the furnace as i have a picture of that. They have been fraudulent on a few issues. I gave them a 2nd chance to rectify this matter and they choose to ignor me. I am very disappointed in this company and I will contact a lawyer on theese matters if not resolved. Thanks, *******************

    Business Response

    Dear *****,

Thank you for your patience as we've worked to address your concerns.

We've replaced your Keeprite system with a premier ****** and Move Air heat pump, and the $1000 non-satisfaction guarantee has been issued to you. You should have received the cheque by now.

Regarding the signature concern, it was not on any legal document but rather on the agreed-upon installation close. We apologize for any confusion caused.

We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist further if needed.

    Best regards,

    Wardlaw Heating and Cooling

Had a service tech in our home on November 7th, a valve had to be ordered and the tech told ***** it would take a couple days. That part didn't get ordered until November 17th after I called Wardlaw twice asking about the part. Only found that information out by talking to the parts guys that finally got back to me on November 21st, obviously part was still going to take a couple days as it had just been ordered.

Then get a call at 10am Monday November 28th asking if a service tech could go to our house now to install the part....no one was home so I had to decline that appointment. When speaking with the lady who called o asked if she could set up a future appointment, which she could not, but someone would be in touch to schedule.

You would think I would have heard back either later on the 28th or even the next day about scheduling an appointment....but you guessed it.....I didn't. So now I've left a message for a supervisor about all this and the person that answered the phone today also couldn't schedule me.
