    I bought a cell phone, brand nee from cell rox. They knowingly sold me a phone that was not supported by a canadian network. I bought it in canada it should be supported by these networks. I had the phone for a few days. The data and texting worked but not the phone. I brought it to my network provider. This is where we found that it wasn't supported by canadian networks. I brought it back and asked them to fix it. They refused to fix the problem because i had cracked the phone..i wasnt asking fir a refund. I was asking them ti fix the problem. They refused. I paid $288 for this phone i think they should at least fix it since they knew the phone wasnt supported by canadian networks since they put the sim card in for me and asked me to come back in 1/2 hour....i'm a busy person i am psw for two clients and my days are filled with me taking care of each for 5 hours (10 hours a day) too busy to keep running to their business to try to figure this out.

    Hi thanks for reaching out, yes the customer brought a phone and they where broken within next couple days , so we can’t provide warranty for it but she just want to fix the network issues in the phone that’s not connecting to any network, we have tried with resets and update nothing change so We have replaced her with another phone that works with her network and we make share it calls people. she have come back again for the same phone that was not connecting to her data internet, then we setup the APN setting from there it’s all work fine.
