    Visited the store at ************************************************************** this morning. Was greeted by friendly employess and had a tremendous amount of help from ******* who was just great. Can say enough about the service. Many thanks and we will definately be a customer there.

    Didnt replace the item that I purchased from shoppers well wise as I bought a chair and they said it had a warranty of seven years and they just keep on repairing it instead of replacing it

    Very rude, treated an 86 year old woman with extreme impatience and dismissal. All she wanted was a cane. Was told they "didn't have any" and that she didn't "need it". Appalling.

    HORRIBLE SERVICE, WAITING FOR CPAP SUPPLIES THAT WERE NEVER SENT OR ORDERED AFTER 8 MONTHS OF REQUESTING THEM 4 TIMES AND PERSONALLY ASKING OVER AND OVER.. I FIRED THEM AND WENT ELSEWHERE, RIDICULOUS, UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT COMPANY. Ive was going there for years I will never go back.. I wouldnt even give it a star.????

    Terrible organization. At least the outfit in ***********. My 90+ year-old mother relying on the business to provide colostomy supplies told me she has left messages on their machine (no one will answer) for the past week and a half without receiving a call back. She has been dealing with them when they were still Shoppers Home Health Care.I called today to see if I could get anywhere. There are 5 category extensions to connect to, Each one connected to a voice machine, including the "Store Administrator".She called a W.A.P. Rexall Pharmacy in town and her order will be delivered in 3 days. So anyone getting the run around with this outfit should know they aren't the only game in town.

    Dealing with a disability isn't always fun but in my case I was able to visit my local WellWise and get advice and supplies for my ostomy needs. Turns out "stocking" supplies isn't as profitable as making your customers to come in, prepay for their order, wait for it to arrive and then make a return visit to the store. And if you're in a crisis, they don't carry stock to tide you over. I have just returned from two locations and both reported the same. No inventory and you have to pre-pay and pre-order. Not sure how long supplies were carried but I have been buying them at WellWise for 10 years. You would think they would use a decade of data to perhaps reach out to a customer and make them aware. The motivation is simple and clear. There's not as much margin in this disability as there are in others and their customers are worthy of a heads up. Imagine. Discriminate against a disability you previously fully supported because it simply isnt profitable enough to justify the space.

    Have tried 4 times to return an item using their system. No follow-up from them. All I get is an automated message saying they will get in touch with me in 2 business days. Never will I buy from them again!

    I bought a cup holder for my ***************** was expensive. Only to find out I needed a bracket that costs extra and it was not mentioned. What a rip-off.

    Horrible company -- First of all you can't even return an item to a retail store that was purchased online -- very unprofessional and not accommodating at all.Also, still waiting for a refund from an online order that I sent back. It is now over ********************************************* no help. Return policy needs a **************.I will never purchase from Wellwise again and I will encourage others not to as well.

    Ive had a horrible experience with a Shoppers Wellness online purchase.1. Bought my husband walking poles for Christmas 2. Checked my online email confirmations and receipts for returns info and was directed to reach out to support 3. On Dec 25th I immediately sent an email stating my desire to return. No response.4. Attempted to call for help on the 27th and 28th waited over 40 minutes each time and had to drop Call 5. Followed up on by email January 1st. No response 6. Jan 9th Waited on hold for 40 minutes. Finally spoke to a rep and was told they could not facilitate my return as it was passed the date. I explained I had been trying to process a return without any response. This conversation was quite lengthy. There was zero compassion offered and I was told I should have gone back to the wellness website and printed off a return slip. In retrospect that all make sense. However all paperwork provide post purchase stated -for help to reach them through the support email. I attempted to but no one responded. I ask if I could speak to someone else she said she was the person to speak to. I asked her if I could email a request for a refund now? She send me the email address to request a refund. I send one, explaining my situation. The auto response said allow for ***** hours for a response. Its been 3 days. No response.7.My 30 day return expired in January 5th.Im completely annoyed by the process. The $130 return is secondary to the issue at hand.Im a healthy Middle Aged woman with the wherewithal to navigate technology to process a return.Shoppers wellness largely targets seniors.Generally most senior centric companies provide more compassion and service to their target.My experience has been zero service or accommodations I think its completely rotten.
