    Febr 4th 2024 and onward $2250.00 They were to provided us with propane to our home, Our Propane appliance were broken due to their negligently we had to have the water tank replaced and have the furnace fixed and the fireplace and stove cleaned. Due to them not showing up on a scheduled fill up while we were on vacation.they have not tried to resolve this matter at all. ignore our email and phone call just sent it to a collection agency and they collection agency is confused of why we are even charged. This is now affecting my credit score which has always been extremely important to me.

    There was an over fill of my my oil tank of $161. 32. I did not request this oil nor was i notified when this error was made. There was no effort made to rectify the error on McDougall energy's part. McDougall acknowledges this was their error but is demanding I pay and they have forwarded my account to the credit bureau for collections.
    Under the consumer protection act McDougall Energy cannot charge me for goods that were not requested, McDougall does acknowledge this was thier error but will not help resolve the problem and demands that payment is made on business they have solicited.
    I have spoke to McDougall on many of occasions as there are constant calls at times for payments.
