I purchased some ear buds as a gift for my husband. The website said were backordered. I realized first thing the next morning that my husband already had ear buds, so I contacted them right away using the only contact information they have on their website, a support email address, and said I wished to cancel the order. I also figured that since they were back ordered this would not be an issue. I did not hear from them for a couple of days so I wrote them again, but again no response. Today I received the earbuds in my mailbox and there is no information on how to return them, further to this, their policy says that there is a 20% restocking fee for returns.Initial Complaint

I placed an online order with Mifo Canada on January 25. It was stated my order would take a week to deliver. In February I emailed the company for the status of my order, as I was yet to receive it. Again in March another inquiry email. Both emails were unanswered. April 1 I was delivered the product. I have sent an email a day since April 1 requesting to return the product for refund as I had sourced an alternate product from another vendor. Not a single email has been responded to. I have followed Mifo Canada’s website instructions on how to initiate a return, still there is no reply from them.
I would like a full refund on the product they failed to deliver in a timely manner. Their customer service is atrocious, the only means of contacting them is via email, and I have sent multiple unanswered emails.Initial Complaint

I have ordered two sets of ear buds on November 4th for our up coming trip November on 11th (7 day window), web site states 3-5 days expected delivery,
I ended buying two sets of ear buds locally as they never arrived on time for our trip.
They arrived November 16th, (12 days after the order was placed) and two days after us returning from our trip.
I have sent numerous emails to customer support asking for a refund and a return authorization #
I sent a final email on December 20th and I haven’t had any response since then and now its Feb 12th
They seem to be taking their time responding and skirting around the issue and now no more communication.

Purchased a pair of ear buds May 2023, had issues with them and emailed requesting warranty/replacement. Took multiple times emailing to finally get a generic reply to troubleshoot the issue. When I explained I had done all the trouble shooting with no success again just got the same generic email to try trouble shooting again. Finally got approval for replacement and shipped back the defective product as per their directions. Product has been in their posession since middle of November 2023. Purchased some ear buds from them in May and when I received them I found them to be defective. Inquired about return/refund and was given instructions on how to send them back. They were delivered (confirmed by ****** ****) June 8 at 11:56 am. Since then it has been a dead end of generic replies to all my emails from someone called ***. No replacement or refund. In Sept of 2022 I purchased a pair of earbuds from Mifo. By March 2023 they were not working correctly. They were under a year old and were under a 1 year warranty. I contacted Mifo and was told to take steps to clean and reset the headphones. I did so. The headphones still didn't work. In April 2023, I was told I would receive a replacement pair. I was asked to "review" their return policy which contained documents that had nothing to do with replacing a defective unit. They agreed to send the unit. By July 2023, they had ceased to respond to my questions of where the replacement was. Whenever I inquired they would either not respond or would start me over at the return process, asking me to verify and review documents again that had nothing to do with their failure to sent a replacement. I asked for my money to be refunded. On July 27 they said that they would process my refund and it would post to my bank account in 3 to 5 days. It is 9/28/23 and I have not received a refund. Whenever I ask, they start me over, ask me to "verify" my claim, or refuse to answer. May 15, 2023 I ordered a pair of Mifo S Active Noise Cancelling True Wireless Bluetooth 5.2 Earbuds for $189.99. This was charged to my credit card. They said they would let me know when it is ready to be shipped. Starting May 23, I began asking about the status of my order, which had still not been shipped. They responded "We will follow up on your order with our Dispatch Team and notify you as soon as we get an update. " Since then, I have emailed them numerous times, asking for status updates, with no reply. I then asked them to cancel my order. No reply. I called my Credit Card company and they filed a dispute and removed the charge from my card. Since then, Mifo has emailed me, saying, "Good day! We just received an update from our team and we cannot process your purchase because you filed a dispute. Please cancel so we can go throught your purchase. Please let us know your preference." I replied, "please cancel my order". They responded, "Thanks for patiently waiting. We've already sent a request to process your order. A notification email will be sent once it's done." I responded, "cancel my order". Then they sent the following, "How would you rate the help *** gave you?" with the option from 1-5 stars. I ignored that one. Not once have they attempted to resolve the issue by either giving me any timeline whatsoever for when I could receive the product, or by cancelling the order. It seems like a **** company, and I do not like that they are still attempting to charge my credit card even after I sent them all these messages and asked them to cancel the order.Initial Complaint

I purchased a set of their headphones as a birthday gift to myself and opted for the upgraded memory foam eartips. This was my second time purchasing headphones from them so I felt comfortable ordering again.
First red flag was shipping. The tracking # and link they provided didn't work. I had to copy and paste the tracking number into a different parcel tracking service to find where my parcel was.
Second red flag was shipment time. I ordered on Apr 23 and the parcel was shipped Apr 24, but the parcel didn't arrive until May 3. Eight business days. That's extremely uncommon for my address.
Lastly, when I opened the parcel, which didn't look as though it had been tampered with in any way, only the headphones were included. The upgraded ear tips weren't included. I immediately messaged their support address and explained the situation. I have since emailed another 2 times, and after 10 days I still haven't heard from them at all. There is no phone number to contact them or anything to acknowledge that you've submitted a complaint.
3rd Red flag was after I got frustrated with being ignored, so I posted a negative review of the ear tips on the website. And the review is just stuck in limbo, I can see that I made the review on Judge.me, but the review isn't posted on the websiteInitial Complaint

I purchased Mifo 05 plus gen 2 wireless Bluetooth earbuds on Oct 29,2020 for $119.99. I also purchased the extended 24 month warranty for $24.99. The mifo ear buds have a waterproof rating of IPX7. This means earbuds can be submerged up to 1m for 30 min. My son dropped his one earbud in the bath. It was immediately fished out. The water was not 1M and it was not 30min. The earbud was allowed to dry out. It is still able to pair but the sound quality is no longer there. Everything is muffled and staticky. You also can barely hear even with volume up. The earbud is unusable. I have contacted the company multiple times. I have been left on the customer service chat for several hours without any help. The customer service is in reachable. I had to do a previous return with Mifo due to a case malfunction on another earbud. The agent said just to return the bud and give the purchase information. I followed those directions in the face of no available customer service. I shipped the earbud back on June June 11,2022. I sent the information and tracking about my return as per Mifo returns instructions. They were received on June 20, 2022. I have tried to follow up but no one answers or I am on the chat and left unanswered. Today it was 3hrs 20min before giving up.
