    I put my credit card into an NRT machine at the ******** in *** ***** and I cancelled the transaction when it asked if I wanted to proceed with the $9.99 USD transaction fee. It still charged me the fee AND the $300 USD I declined to take out. We went back to the ******** immediately upon noticing the false charges early the next morning, and the manager of the ********’* cage said she’s seen it happen lots of times. I called NRT and number of times and they said their machine balanced that day and that their investigation ultimately determined there was no evidence to support my claim that I didn’t receive the cash (despite there being security cameras covering every inch of the casino floor). I contacted my credit card company and they were not able to help. I would like my $309.99 USD or the $426.12 CAD that was charged to my credit card refunded.
