They did a good job. Can't complain at all. Everything went smooth. My bathroom look beautiful. One thing i like about them is thay they offer low monthly payment.

Workmanship was shoddy, and the time frame for the project was not met. Property damge to the ceiling in our laundry room, caused by water flooding from the bathroom above that they were working on, and was not fixed. hot and cold taps were installed in opposite position and were not fixed. these are just some of the problems incurred by using this supplier.One Stop Bath

1 star**** ******* ** *** ***** ***** * ****** *** **** **** * We payed $10k for tub to shower installed . Once they get your money that’s it they don’t care . They installation was long and a very bad job .
Water started spraying out the top of shower two days after they finished and one shelf was sliding down the wall . I called them to return to fix the problems and that took them over 6 weeks to come back . Took a few hours to fix and after they left the top cover over the pipe on the shower head fell off and the caulking around the shelves is very sloppy. I showed him this when he was here said he would fix it. It looks worse than the first time. There was caulking dripping down the walls and on bottom of shower that I had to scrape off. I wanted the shower doors that they installed switch around to open other way , I was willing to pay for it but they gave me three different prices and ridiculously high . I asked for the contact information of the two guys that installed the doors and the refuse to give me there name or number . I do think I have the right to know who installed the shower doors in my house . I will be checking into that.

They are not transparent about cost. We asked for change of two sinks (bought by us) and shower head/faucet bought at installed by them. Estimate of 1000 total. On the day of the repair we were told that the shower would cost 400 dollars more because of tiles that had to be broken. We asked for only the sinks which we had bought. The company said this would cost 700 dollars. They are clearly taking advantage of their position with deposit in hand. **** ******* * ***** ***** **** *********One Stop Bath
