    I am asking for your assistance in resolving an issue with ARK Furniture. Ark Furniture specializes in refinishing existing furniture. They post images on their site and resell quoting the item inclusive of refinishing to your preferences, inclusive of delivery ** *** *** ******** ******* I purchased a desk from Ark March 14 by ****. It was a *********** ******** desk requiring refinishing as it was quite dark.

    I have messaged and called them many times to follow up on the status of the desk, without response. By June 05, I had grown very frustrated. **** finally messaged me back on ********* and told me that the desk would be available in a week. Still nothing......I called several times and messaged without response. **** messaged me July 21 stating that the desk needed more work than anticipated. My response was that this was simply too long to make a client wait . Numerous messages again initiated by me.....and nothing. Finally on Friday August 04 **** messaged me stating all the reasons they are delayed. * ******* **** * ****** ** ** ************ ****** ** **** ** **** * ****** **** *** ******** *** **** *** **** ** **************************** ** ****** * *** ********* ****** * **** **** ******* *** * **** ***** ***** ******* *** *** ***** **** ** **************

    I requested a refund as they continue to be unable to deliver the product. He agreed to a refund. ******* ** *** ** ***** ** ******* *** ******* ** **** * ****  He has had 100% of my money and I have no desk, nor any foreseeable timeline for a refund. * ** ****** ** ******* ***** ******** *** **** ** ****** ********** ********** ** ******* ** **** * **** ** **** *** * **** *** ** ******* **** * ** ********* ** ****** **** ** ********* **** *** ** ***** ******** *******
