      Since May 27, 2024, this company has been calling up to ten times per day. I called the Consumer Protection Office in Manitoba and was informed it is considered **********. At this point I will be filing reports of this company with all reporting agencies in Canada and Manitoba.
      Today I called the number ***-***-**** back and spoke with a rep asking to remove my number from their system. He asked for a reference number, which I didn't have as they don't leave voice mail. He said I would have to speak with his manager and gave me the ext ****, which went to voice mail. I want the ********** to stop.

      After reviewing the complaint, we request for the consumer to email her phone number to *******@*****.ca as the phone number in concern is not submitted along with the consumer's review. We will then be able to review and remove the concerned phone number from our office.

      **** ******* ** *** ******** ** ******* ** *** They’re using American practices not allowed in Canada.
      They’re not even attempting to contact the people they accuse of having debt, and then send to collections for $80 from 8+ years ago! Thats not even allowed in BC !! Only 2 years !
      they are refusing to provide documents to me, and I am disputing with my credit reporting agency. I have never owed **** I am a customer MANY years. They provide My house phone, cell, internet and TV. they have my #s my email and my address. None have changed. They made ZERO attempt to contact me. Both **** and ***/********** never contacted.
      ******/**** has both my credit cards on file and auto bill them both. There is NO WAY i have debt. **** ** ******

      I keep getting calls regarding ambulance bill that was not paid in 2015, all bill were paid. I contacted the hospital and my credit report and there is nothing saying that I owe any money. How do I stop these people from calling me?

      This company is very **************. The agent that called left several voicemails misrepresenting herself, stating she is calling from "Insert the name of who I owed the money too", and she would not provide her last name or agent number. I asked her several times. I set up a payment arrangement with this agent, I sent a follow up email to get clarity on the balance, the agent responded by leaving a voicemail with a ******. The saved voicemails that I have will prove this, it will also show the level of *****************. The agent left a two minute voicemail where she can be heard yelling and again stating she represents the place where I owe the debt, when in fact she does not. I wasn't pleased with the places this agent recommended for me to get a loan from as their interest rates were outrageous. I requested a release of information to confirm the debt was paid in full, the agents response was "you can get that information from your bank". Collection agents who attempt to ***** clients by *********** them and by ********* should be held accountable. I spoke to the agents supervisor, when I asked if she would like the voicemail, she said she could go back and get it and that it would be used to learn from. This agent led me to believe that her behaviour was acceptable and that she had the support of her supervisor. The voicemails show at lack of professionalism at its highest, no one deserves to be spoken to the way she spoke to me. Collection agencies have rules to abide, interestingly enough, TSICO thinks they don't have to follow them. The agent should have never left the voicemails she did but I am thankful I have them as it will make it easier for when I lodge my complaints.

      Good day,
      After reviewing the complaint and calls pertaining to the file in concern the agent did not misrepresent herself in any way nor were threats left on the consumer's voicemail. All calls were in compliance with the collection act. TSICO does not provide receipts of partial payments, this is the reason the agent referred the consumer to her bank for account statements for the proof of payment she had made towards she file. - TSICO only provides release letters once the payment is made in full and applied to the account.
      All calls are recorded, the manager of the department completed a full analysis on your file and phone calls after the consumer shared her concerns on October 13, 2023. We apologize if the consumer felt she was not satisfied with her experience, we can reassure the consumer all the calls were in accordance with the Collection and Debt Repayment Practices Regulation. The file was closed as paid in full and a release letter was emailed to the consumer.

      My interaction with TISCO have been terrible. The agent I have been in contact with keeps trying to force me into some type of payment plan that is just not feasible, along with pressuring me into borrowing the money from a friend or family member to pay this debt. Not only have they been very condescending and COMPLETELY INVASIVE, my request to have all communication via email or regular mail and receive no phone calls *** ** ** ****** ******* have been ignored. I do understand that communication through email is not permitted however, there is no reason for communication through mail to not be possible. The agent, has made very presumptuous statements about my financial situation, including telling me my rent cannot be increased past a certain amount legally, though where I live they can as there is no rent control. Even on the initial call I was pressured to give information about my monthly expenses before we could proceed. Despite all my efforts to explain my situation, including being off work due to medical reasons and being on a gradual return to work making my income significantly lower, these issues were ignored. I understand you all have a job to do however your treatment of people is quite frankly inexcusable and disrespectful.

      In order to establish a suitable payment arrangement for you and the client, the agents often conduct what is called a Financial Capacity Assessment, which is income versus expenses. Additionally, our office needs to receive a cease-and-desist letter to stop all calls. We are attempting to locate the file in concern to place it on hold for further investigation, please provide the file or phone number associated with the account.

      Consistently calling my phone number… I’ve blocked I don’t know how many numbers this company uses. But it’s interfering with my job as my phone is non stop ringing during the week.
      I have absolutely NOTHING in collections. NOTHING. Leave me a voicemail if you need to get a hold of me so bad as this company doesn’t pick up when you call back either! Very very frustrating. I don’t know who you’re trying to reach but it isn’t me!

      I have blocked some numbers, but somehow Transworld still keeps calling. Please stop; my voicemail is full of your calls, and it's preventing important people from leaving actual VMs for me.

      This robocall collection company claims "this is a business matter" when they leave a message and does not disclose they are a collection agency but state they are calling from the Federal Government.       I’m not a customer of this business but they have been calling me non stop attempting to reach someone they are trying to collect a debt for. I have verbally told them I am not this person they are looking for, my voicemail explicity states my name which is not at all similar to the individual they are looking for and they have begun texting me where I also told them I am not the person they are attempting to reach. *** ** **** ** ***** ******** ** ***** *******
