I missed my payment on October 31st The payment that came after that November 14, that payment was OK and cleared my bank account. I wasn’t aware that the payment on October 31 came back. It completely slipped my mind ** * *** ******* **** * ***** ** ** ****** *** was out of the country. On November 19, my car was then repossessed I received no phone calls. I received NO emails of the initial October 31 payment being returned that payment was only $327. I could’ve gone ahead and replaced that payment if someone had just called upon realizing that my car was repossessed, * ****** **** ***** **** * *** ***** *** ******* ******* ***** ******* A very **** gentleman answered the phone and ****** at me, accusing me of ***** that I did not receive emails or phone calls accused me of not being the actual owner of the car, and of giving the wrong information when I first picked up this car, I never dealt with anybody at the finance company. * **** ***** **** *** ********* **** *** ********* **** ** *** **** *** ** * ** *** * ****** ** *** *** **** **** I was not aware there was a separate finance company I’ve never dealt with anybody at the finance company before until today. I was then told I was *****. I would’ve had to have picked up the car from the finance company, I did ask if I could pay the back payment and pick up my car. I was then ****** at again and told I had to pay them $20,000 or call back tomorrow and see if the finance company would allow me to have the car back. **** **** *** ************** ********
