      Every story on here, I will attest too. ********** ********* ** ***** ** *** *** ***. They call you (March), say they have a great promo, sending you 1 ink cartridge to try. You have 3 months to pay for it. Oh and as a good will gesture they are sending you a **** gift card. After you pay for the 1st one (it was ok...not great but ok), they call and say the sales people did such a great job selling the cartridges, they were out of stock, so actually you should have got 2 at that great price (July).Oh and as another good will gesture they are sending ANOTHER **** gift card. Bribery for office staff I say. I was shocked. I KNOW it was only 1. I would NEVER EVER agree to 2. But I paid for it. Telling them to not send me any more. It's an investment for a small company. Months pass (October), they call and say they are closing out your file and sending you a catalog and NO mention of an additional 2 ink cartridges. 2 cartridges arrive, 3 weeks after our conversation. Did they think I would forget...NO. I called, telling them I did not order these and they were taking them back. They asked to talk to the owner as he did get a discount. I told them he doesn't care about ink cartridges, he has other issues to deal with and I am not paying for them. They had the audacity to tell me they have been in business for over 35 years, and I HAD the misunderstanding...no fault of theirs. ****** ***** ******** ********* *** *** *** **. I detest "business'" that pray on office staff and/or business' that can't stand up to them. They told me I had agreed to purchase 4. I requested they send me where I did. Of course they did not, they couldn't. They sent me an invoice with a proposed discount. I refused to pay it. Instructed them to either 1) talk to my lawyer and they will instruct me to pay, or 2) send *** ** to pick up the **** gift card and the 2 ink cartridges ASAP or they are going in the garbage. They picked them up. Stand up to them. They will not stop unless you do.
