    Joy General Store has no regard for Health Canada's advisories. They are knowingly selling a toddler booster seat (for a vehicle) that has a public advisory against it for being unsafe. They refuse to accept responsibility over this advisory, did not notify customers who have purchased it and intend to continue selling said item. Upon informing them of this information, they have told me "I am sorry you feel that way [about the advisory]," and "I apologize if the product is not what you expected." They then boasted about the numerous sales of the product and how no one has had an issue with it. They will only accept a return if I pay for shipping. Health Canada states to IMMEDIATELY stop use of this product & dispose of in a manner that it cannot be used of again. Customer service has stated that they do not find the item defective, so I do not qualify for a free return. Clearly they do not have children's safety and best interests in mind.
