  Extremely Disappointed - Year-Long Delay and No Response
  I cannot express how disappointed I am with my experience dealing with Omega Iron & Railings placed an order for a railing system a year ago, paid a deposit, and to this day, it remains uninstalled, with no communication from the company whatsoever.
  The fact that it has taken an entire year without any progress or updates is beyond frustrating. We've tried reaching out to them via phone and email multiple times, but all our attempts have been met with deafening silence. It's as if our business and concerns mean absolutely nothing to them.
  This is a clear demonstration of a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. A reputable company should respect their customers and at the very least provide updates on the status of the project, especially when it has been delayed for so long.
  I strongly advise against doing business with Omega Iron & Railings . If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, look elsewhere for your railing needs. This experience has been a complete letdown, and it's clear that they do not prioritize customer satisfaction.

  The railings ha already been fabricated and ready for installation. The client now chooses to get a refund, which we advised we would provide once they sign the mutual termination agreement even though we would be taking a loss, however, they want us to cancel the agreement, provide a refund and they don't want to sign an agreement to this effect.

  We have been asking this company for a picture to proof if they have been already fabricated and they can install it before Nov 7, 2023. This company has no response at all except asked us to sign an agreement with a condition that we need to remove the negative reviews from internet and there will be a fine of $35,000 if we or our friends put other negative reviews on ****** in future. In this case, they are not worth to trust anymore but now we are taking them to a small claim court to get our refund back. ****** ***** ***** **** ********

  ********* *** ***** ** *** ***** * ****** ********* ***** **** * ********* In my experience – which, based on other online reviews, seems be common – Omega does not respond after they get your deposit. They were pleasant during the quoting stage. However, as soon as a PO was issued and the deposit paid, the attitude seemed to change.
  Omega stopped responding to phone calls and emails. When I was finally able to get someone on the phone, the response was inconsiderate and not helpful. My attempt at escalating the problem initially met with an encouraging response but Omega personnel then failed to meet their own dates for follow-up.
  After months of silence, and despite requests for confirmation of the schedule, I was told fabrication was complete and installation would be scheduled in a month. Then …. nothing.
  Finally, 8 months after placing the order and 3 months after the most recent response – again despite repeated attempts to contact them by phone and email – I was forced to seek legal assistance. Even then, it took a further 3 months for the fabrication to be verified and the installation completed.
