    On Wednesday January 15th while setting up a trial of hearing aids with the audiologist, I inquired about the TV adapter, and she said that she thought I didn't need it but, if subsequently I did need it, I could come back and get one for the remainder of the trial period. That evening after discovering I couldn't hear some TV programs clearly without the adapter, I emailed and left a phone message indicating that I needed the adapter.
    I then received an email from Amplifon suggesting that there had been a misunderstanding and that the TV adapter was only available for purchase. This makes no sense because it is impossible to do a proper comparison with my current hearing aids without the adapter.
    Suggesting that there was a misunderstanding ** * ******* *** ** the availability of the TV adapter was discussed only in the context of the trial period with no mention of purchase. ** ** *** **** ******** ** ** ********* *********
