      I am in Markham. Weed Man has automatically renewed my contract and supposed to have serviced my lawn without my permission. I just spoke to a **** **** representative named Taylor and was told that opening their email is deemed as my approval for their renewal. If I want to cancel the service I am asked to pay $193 for the service which I didn't request or approve. I requested to speak to a supervisor to discuss the issue and she **** ********** said that she made the decision and there is nothing to be discussed with any supervisor. I would like one of their managers or supervisors call me and resolve this issue. It is really frustrating. Weed Man must stop trespassing into their past clients properties without proper renewal or approval.

      Their sales team is incredibly aggressive. I had the service and decided to now renew as I did not find it was worth it (lawn was full of weeds and patchy at best at the end of the season). Now they call and when I say I am not interested they completely ignore me and just get more and more aggressive. I requested on numerous occasions to be removed from their calling list and they have yet to remove my information. * ****** ********* **** ******* ** ****

      I have used this company since 2021. They were great last year! Weeds and crabgrass were finally under control. Lawn looked great, I didn’t have to call them one time.
      This year is a completely different story. After each service I wait the 2 weeks and have had to call back after every single treatment to have them come back out because what they were doing and spraying was not working at all. When they would come back for the re-Application I would have to call after those also! This company is expensive, for my lawn and flower beds to look the way they do at the end of the summer is terrible. I was finally told the manager would come by the next day. Of course He didn’t but 2 servicemen did and tried to blame the yard front and back full of crab grass and weeds on our lawn mowing company. I showed them the trash can FULL of crab grass and weeds my husband and I had to pull just the day before this visit. It was ridiculous. Pulling weeds ourselves because they have gotten so bad. What a joke.
      The person that referred me is having the exact same problems, we both fired them and are looking for a different company. On top of all this the last Re-Application was not supposed to be charged but they did. They have my credit card info and refused to refund me so now having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Really just a nightmare.

      Weedman was serving my lawn with out my permission and charged my **** card without my permission I am thinking on charging them **** ***** they said they had my permission from last year I never ever gave them permission to charge my credit any one else had this problem

      Mr. *****, I have reviewed your concern in detail. We started serving your property in 2020 and in 2021 and 2022 your services were continuously renewed. We advised you that Weed Man continues from service to service and year to year when you order and, on every invoice, we emailed you throughout the 3 years of servicing your property. In regard to the 2022 lawn care season, we emailed you your order details sept 24th 2021 and again on March 3rd, 2022, offering prepayment discount or if you wish to discontinue to advise us, again no response and these emails were open. We emailed pre-notifications the day prior to servicing your property and applied services on your lawn 4 times throughout the spring and summer of 2022 again we were never notified to stop services. If
      If you would like to contact my office, we will reduce the outstanding balance by 50% to close your account in full.
