    I felt that LBC Mundial Cargo Corporation (Scarborough) **********.com was misleading me and violated my trust. I called LBC: 1-888-652-2522 since Oct. 13/22 once or 2x a week to follow up the replacement of my 3 shipping (**********) boxes that their agent picked up. I called this number and the staff that answered my call would tell me that they're making a report on it and they'll make a follow up at their warehouse. On Nov. 14/22 the LBC with contact # 1888-652-2522 staff gave me another #s to contact ************* & **************.
    On Nov. 29/22, one of their staff told me they’re making a report on it for delivery, or I can go to their warehouse and pick up the boxes myself,-which is not the agreement I had w/ them.

    I used this LBC freight forwarder service for years, and the deal with them was their agent will pick up my filled up shipping boxes w/ a payment, and upon pick up, LBC would provide me w/ empty boxes regardless of the brand of the boxes.

    When their agent picked up my 3 boxes last 10/13/22. I wasn't given 3 empty replacement boxes as per the LBC agreement. I texted the agent and I just simply got an answer of "no replacement". I phoned LBC to verify, and I was told that they still do replacement and I should get a replacement. I texted their agent again as to why. Their agent's answer was that the LBC will have him pay for empty boxes. But their rate had increased and he could not afford to replace my 3 boxes that he had picked up.

    Whatever the agreement they have w/ their agents should just be between them. It shouldn't be passed on to me as a customer. As of this writing, 02/24/23 I never have received replacements for my 3 shipping (**********) boxes, and I never got a phone call from them w/ regards to my follow up. They appear to be making me believe that they are in the process of replacing my boxes. The agent forfeited my 3 replacement boxes without any warning.
