    Worst delivery experience of my life. *** **** *** **** ***** ***** ******* **** ******* ** ******* *** ***** 
    I ordered a washer dryer tower that can be disassembled into two parts. Upon arrival, the service men showed up and started complaining about the job. "The delivery is an oversized delivery." "The stairwell is too narrow". They just wanted me to sign a waiver clearing them of any potential damages to the house. They said either I sign the waiver or they can return the washer tower to **** ***** or I'd have to wait for another company to deliver with more delivery men. I should have had them bring it back to **** ***** however was in a hurry and signed. ** ********* they damaged some of my drywall in the basement. before disassembling the tower to get it into our laundry room.

    Logistic Specialty Freight delivered a dishwasher that I purchased from **** ***** on 7/9/24. They delivered the dishwasher in an unsafe manner and caused $17,000 of damage to my residence’s lighted brick column. Complete run around and rejection of my claim in light of the fact that their dash cam shows the collision and damage.

    i purchased two appliances from the **** ***** Ajax location, a ********* dishwasher and a ** stoves. my delivery timeframe was between 7am-12pm and the company called me the day of to say’the truck broke down and maybe they will deliver it the next day’. *** *** * ***** ** *** **** **** *** **** ************ *****I paid for the dishwasher May 2nd, delivery should’ve been May 17th, only for this unreliable company to cancel my appointment, which also cancelled my technician's visit. for this reason i will never purchase from **** ***** again as this is the company that does their deliveries.
