    I would like to file a complaint regarding Sealy Canada Ltd. (Tempur Sealy Canada). We have been dealing with Sealy since mid 2018 for the replacement of 2 subsequent factory defective mattresses.

    There have been multiple very frustrating problems in dealing with Sealy since 2018, however the current and most important is the incorrect mattress model of lesser value was delivered to us in June 2022. When we ordered the last replacement mattress in May, Sealy insisted the one we selected was an upgrade to the equivalent replacement they were offering, despite us being able to prove with photos and construction details that our choice was of equal quality they refused to negotiate. As we were at a standstill we paid the "upgrade" and delivery fees in order to settle (upgrade fee $187.00 +tax, delivery fee will be $119.00+tax )

    The last communication from Sealy was an email in July from a customer service representive apologizing for the error and stating the correct mattress would be shipped within a few weeks, it has now been 5 months. Sealy has since refused to anwer all emails and phone messages I have made to various contacts (including the Manager of Customer Service) requesting the status of the correct replacement.
