    Very disrespectful customer service through the phone. Apparently, the person was having issues at hearing me, but unfortunately, he slipped up and said, "I don't understand your accent". I'm proud of speaking multiple languages and I don't have any issues at work or home related with my accent. I actually barely speak my mother tongue.
    So I decided to go in person to the store since apparently they have what I was looking for. First thing while I was waiting in line, I was entirely ignored for the only person (seating at *** desk) who was receiving customers and started to get the order of the person that just walked in and clearly was after me (I heard their conversation so I know this customer was a new order, not an existing one).
    To end with this review, I found that apparently the person who said the uneducated comment through the phone was the same that completely ignored me at the lineup. On top of that, they didn't even have what I was looking for and they actually said they do.
