  Paid $175 for them to move my $8000 upright piano. They came ill-equiped, with too few movers (by their own later admission) and consequently while moving it, cracked the bottom of the piano, bent the leg, and refuse to accommodate any adjustment in price for the move of it and in response to the insurance claim have "adjudicated" that because, by their own uninformed and arbitrary assessment, it is only cosmetic I should only receive less than half of the advertised insurance coverage per pound which totals a measley $60.

  they made false claims they were able to disassemble, transport and reassemble Murphy beds, which was my conditions for proceeding with them. they arrived with only a set of hand tools resulting in the movers having to borrow my drills and wrenches. they did not send assistance upon my call earlier in the day that the movers were not able to disassemble the Murphy bed and damaged it. they charged me $250 for the Murphy bed fee, but did not install the bed. they charged me an hour over the in-person agreed-upon amount to get them out of my house. My bed, walls were damaged - they sent me an invoice after showing I still owe them money, even though we settled on the amount with them on that day. They didn’t deduct the deposit either. -they told their workers to not leave until payment was collected. They used my time, to pay people to learn on the job. -they (Amid) admitted there was a scheduling error and the wrong crew was sent to my home which did not have experience. they sent 2 other crew members to assist with the move around 7:30pm who also did not have the experience. the rest of the furniture was reassembled by me and my family while the 5 movers focused on installing the bed (for 8 hours straight).- they did not reassemble my laundry pair machines. I had to call someone else to come and assemble this.-they, forced their employees to stay until payment was collected even though they did not deliver on their service and the way the employees were treated was ******** as they did not eat or go to a bathroom all day, even though we tried to offer to them- when I put through the claim (as per their process) they deemed all my damages worth $300 bucks and denied accountability for anything and gave me a refund of a measly $109.00.
  they forwarded my calls to voicemail. I had 10 friends and family members at my house who watched all of this. Don’t believe their insurance as they do not cover property damage even though they said this to me upon signing.

  Moving is never easy but after hiring Mansa movers I have to say that this was by far the best moving experience. The booking process was very quick and they make sure to provide an accurate estimate. The movers are well equipped and uniformed and the trucks are wrapped. The move was quick safe and no damage. Would definitely recommend to all my friends and family

  My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Mensa Movers for our move from Toronto to London. Edwin and Dave were our movers and they both did such an amazing job! They both worked none stop, from beginning to end, these guys were like machines. Not only did they handle our items with extreme care when loading on to the truck, they also did the same when unloading and put everything in the exact rooms they belonged. Moving is never an easy thing to do let alone moving to another city, but if I were to ever move again, Mensa Movers will be my go too. I can't thank you guys enough for all the hard work you did, my wife and I are still blowing away by how efficient Edwin and Dave were, those guys cannot be human lol! Thank you again!

  This company moved us as requested, but I paid $1800 for a move that I expected to pay 800.
  Make sure you ask for a complete price upfront. The staff would not leave my storage locker until the price was paid.

  We hired them for great reviews. They packed our belongings ( trusting they were responsible per reviews)
  Moved to New Brunswick and they unpacked quickly with no concern of fragile- handle with care markings. Emptied truck and drove off. We quickly noticed right away damage to costly furniture, boxes crushed and wood cabinets, dining room table(not wrapped) many deep surface scratches. * pictures are available. Through the following days, boxed marked "fragile handle with care, DO NOT DROP" heirloom dishes, figurines etc. broken and non replaceable or repairable.

Your move was 2 pickup location move to new brunswick. we completed a full packing of your second pickup where nothing was ready and proceeded to move your items to a storage facility in new brunswick. No items was damaged and no boxes were mark fragile as we completed the packing ourselves. Afte the unload we had to wait for you for 6 hours to come and complete the payment which you still have not. You have a remaining balance of $3965 that we have sent to collection. We strictly stand by values of honesty and transparency and don't believe your review is honest
