      We use them for transportation from Victoria BC to Arizona US. ** *** *** **** *************** ******** ******** 
      I was promised to get my items delivered in 21 days and it landed after 11 weeks. First of all I did not know that Troy will be doing the dispatch. I paid 800 to ********* to begin with. Then they had all the excuses giving different dates. Then after 8 weeks when I got angry *** ******* ******** they said that they are looking to accommodate other deliveries going in same route. The quote I got was for 3600 and 2 dollar/pound . We have weighed each and every item and it should not be more than 6000 including all the cost and ended up paying 8500. They demanded that they will not move my items until I make full payment. Even after paying full they still made 2 weeks of excuses to deliver. **** **** **** ***** ******** * ******** *** ********** ********

      ** **** ***** ** ***** ** **** ******** We used them to move from Toronto to Calgary. The day they sent the movers to pack were acceptable and care about our belongings. But the day they delivered our stuff were completely the opposite way. We’ve been moving place to place for so many years, within Canada and overseas. Me and my husband would separately monitor the whole process, I would stay in the apartment and my husband would be downstairs watching the movers taking out our stuff. In the middle of moving, one of the movers told me the box we put multiple sets of **** was broken. The mover said the parts were splashed all over the floor when they took it from the warehouse/storage. They tried to pick every pieces and put them in another box. So no one knows what’s missing in there. At almost the end of moving, I found that one of our boxes was missing. The movers said they wouldn’t responsible to all of these incidents and told us to call the company. So we called and submitted a claim with photos. It’s been 3 months and we contacted the customer service numerous times. They just keep saying a claim manager will contact us. And of course, nobody called and they vanished in the air.
      DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!
