    TRULY One of the worst service departments ever. My car is still under warranty but the shop refused the warranty for various reasons and asked me for a high maintenance fee.I spoke to the shop's maintenance staff about the items I had to check and the ongoing problems with the vehicle. Yet they did not examine the problems and repeatedly passed the buck to me. ***** ** ** **** ***** *** * *********

    During your recent visit to our service department, we identified that your vehicle's check engine light was triggered due to a faulty engine oil pump. Typically, this repair would be covered under the ********** warranty. However, as your vehicle was found to have no oil upon arrival at our dealership, the warranty department may not cover the repair due to lack of maintenance.
    We appreciate the service records you provided from an external service shop. Unfortunately, these records do not confirm that oil was added to your vehicle or that the oil filter was replaced. To proceed with a warranty claim, we kindly request complete service records detailing your vehicle's maintenance history.
    Once we receive the necessary documentation, we will submit your request to the ********** warranty team for review. If approved, we will proceed with replacing the engine oil pump under warranty. Please be aware that approval is required before any work can be completed due to the lack of service history.

    ** *** ***** **** ******* *** ******* ***** one of the worst service departments ever.
    There workers are like a revolving door changes everytime I've been there, they treat you like ******* if you are doing warranty work and unless you forking out thousands will not help you at all.
    The main issue is that all there technicians *** *********** *** could not find a issue with my vehicle on three different times that it was brought in. They don't know how to diagnose a vehicle properly.
    Finally was brought to another dealership and came to find out bad water pump was the cause(pulley is wobbling)
    They are now not taking fault into misdiagnosis of the vehicle the original time when was brought in and state there was no issue at that moment when there clearly wrong because I wouldnt have brought it back there three different times trying to resolve this issue.
    ***** ********** **** **** ******* ****** All they want is your money. **** ******* ******* You have already looked at my vehicle and remember at that time did not show any symptoms of issues is what the service manager stated to me... **** ***** ** ****** **** ** *** ******* **** ** *****.
    Why would I pay another diagnosis fee when I've already gotten it done at another actual qualified dealership that was a ******** dealership, which was recommended that I do by ******** Canada.
    If you were the dealership you state you are you with your exceptional customer service you would have diagnosed the vehicle for free since the mistake of misdiagnosis the first time around and then actually done the repair to have the vehicle fixed properly but unfortunately you aren't.
    As for the service manager Jacky and his exceptional customer service qualities were never seen once and as a manager should understand that people do make mistakes and thing do get missed sometimes as they did in this situation but not being able to admit that is just showing how good there customer service is.
