      Charges to my account which I have no business ties with this company. I've asked repeatedly as you see in messages to explain what these charges are. I went to my bank and for the stop payment on all of these I've asked repeatedly just to refund it to me and I'll drop it but no response. I've talked to my POS provider because this is where the whole problem started so I think he used to work for these guys and they switched owners and now they're ********. Everybody out of money have asked repeatedly as you see in the messages. What's going on? Why are these charges coming out of my bank and what are they for? They can even explain that

      Last call was Jan 9,2024. They called twice this day, They have ben calling me for a couple years or so and I have repeatedly told them stop calling me, I am not interested. I've been rude and hung up. and I've been polite asking them to take me off their calling list and add me to do not call list and repeatedly every call said STOP CALLING ME. He literally called me back 2 min later and I said nothing. He then proceeded to say "I'm listening to you breath, I know you are on the phone I just need to tell you about my promotion" and again I hung up. I myself am a business owner and don't have time to deal with solicited calls that are repetitive. I would guess in the last 2 years I've had maybe 50+ calls from them.       I was approached to sign up for a debit machine through ****** by MBE Enterprices June of 2023 and the deal appeared great. I sent all my info including banking info. when they sent me the final approval letter to finalize the deal the fees were way higher then discussed so i contacted the agent Tony and Sahil and told him i have changed my mind. To not send me the machine and cancel everything. the machine was delivered anyways. They started charging me as well. I spent the next two months speaking to the agent who finally mentioned he does not work for the company anymore.

      I finally spoke with Kazim Ali from Mbe enterprises and explained how the company was still charging me and complained Tony was wasting my time and not canceling anything. Kazim finally sent a form October 24th to cancel it officially which i filled and sent along with the unused machine that i sent through *********. I am still being charged after October 24th. They refused to refund any of the money that was taken. I was told the employee Tony has not worked there for a while. ****** payments stopped after speaking with Kazim Ali. But the MBE payments are still happening.

      November 25th 2023, used a ATM of mbe at ***** gas station on hwy 20 fenwick. Machine spit my card out and said error. I checked my bank account and the money was missing. Called my bank immediately. Mbe isn't open till 9 am Monday to Friday. Call mbe and they give me the run around and tell me the money never came out on their end. My bank sent them video footage and asked for a response which they never gave. Called mbe and asked for a manager at 9:14 am- was told he was in a meeting they would call me back. Never called me back. I have all supporting video evidence if needed.

      ****** ** **** ** ***** *********** We have started using MBE merchant services Few months in July 2023. After trying their services they did not live up to their contract. There were extra charges that were not listed on the original agreement. I decided to to cancel and stop using their services.
      Sept.15-2023 I have sent a message on ******** as this is the way we have contacted in the past and said that I would like to cancel their services and they responded that there won't be an issue with cancellation. Sept 18 I sent another cancellation on ******** platform this time with more detail of the cancellation and this time i have included my merchant number. Sept.19-2023 I have sent same letter via ****** post and it was a registered letter and it was received by them and signed for it on Sept. 21.
      Till this day Nov. 27-2023 they have been issuing some charges for their services and debited from our business' bank account. The amount from cancellation day is totaling $434.57.
      We are asking for refund please.

      Hi, I requested mbe for a pos for small business having limited transactions, i was ready to pay higher per transaction fee compared to recurring merchant / pos charges which i cant afford as a small business.MBE sent over a Pos system which is ************ priced, the charges they are deducting are weekly and not what was stated in the agreement, they are making false claims in their add as well as in their contracts and even though I repeatedly asked ti cancel the service even before i received the delivery the sales person not only sent the delivery but also started charging me.There is no one who could be reached out to cancel this service and they are hitting my account with unexplained charges weekly

       Please refer to my previous email for my complaint. You have overcharged my account and we are seeking a refund as follows.We already closed account and returned all equipment to you. We are not getting any response from agent [ MBE POS], Please refer your statement for Feb 2022 and after that you charged doubled than agreed amount with out our authorization.

      Hi,
      I've ordered (1) debit card machine form Mansoor Brother Enterprises in last March with no contract, term no cancellation fee as per their agent deal, then I surprised in the April bill they deducted for (2) machines rental fees, $100 accountant fees (although I never asked them for account service) and other hidden fees.
      I contacted them to find out what happened and after many calls from my side the said: in our system mentioned that you have two businesses and two terminals as well, I said: I never had another business and it's your mistake and you should refund my money back.
      They promised me mor than 20 times to fix the issues but nothing happened so far I called them again and again but no real solution from their side except the canceled the Acc service.
      After that I called them and returned back the debit machine in ¹st of June (because they didn't refund me the unauthorized money deducted from my account) but they continued deducting the fees for two machine we will fix the issue because the mistake from the company side and nothing happened and no money refund to my account.
      Then I did a complaint for all the previous reasons the they deduct $499 more instead of refund the previous money. *** ****** ***** **** **** * *** ****** *** **** *** ** ** **** ******* ***** ***** ** ****** *** ***** ******* *** ****** *** ******** **** *** ****** ****** *** ***** ******* **** ** ***** ******* ****.
