    My tankless water heater had a problem with the heat exchanger, which the manufacturer said required the entire unit to be replaced, which would be covered under warranty. Mersey did replace the unit, but charged me the price for a complete install and said they do not have pricing for a replacement charge. The replacement procedure requires very little work, compared to a whole installation process.
    I was charged $2300 for 2 men working for 2 hours, and when I complained to a service manager, he informed me about the policy.
    ONE star!!!

    Musanna came by to service our furnace and provided a lot of good feedback. Over the years we've had someone from Mersey maintain our furnace and AC units, and this was the first time someone spent so much time checking everything! He definitely went above and beyond and I salute him for that. He checked every electrical connection and sensor associated with our furnace and also used his camera to check the health of the heat exchanger. ****** ************

    Musanna did the annual maintenance on our Furnace (Oct 12). He was extrememely helpful and informative (re, eg, our newish thermostat and our humidifier which was not working properly - my fault). Five stars.
