  Upon signing of a contract, Roman Stone Designs (Alexander B.) started services on the week of Oct 9th to primarily replace a residential home porch steps and repair porch wall. Roman Stone Design did not consistently show up the complete the work and after multiple weeks of inconsistent work over 2 contracts with total value of approx. $6500, the porch step was considered replaced by the contractor on November 1st. In total, $5000 has been given to Roman Stone Designs to date in order do the job per the contract requirements with the trust and good relationship between contractor and client that the job will be completed to the contract requirements.
  
  Roman Stone Designs failed to install grade level porch steps and on slope away from house and repair existing wall behind steps with concrete per agreed upon contract requirements. Roman Stone Designs designed, fabricated and installed dangerous and unsafe porch steps with unacceptable quality and workmanship and consideration for safety and well-being. Porch steps are sinking and unadequately supported. Roman Stone Designs did not adequately take the appropriate steps to fix the steps and wall, despite given multiple chances and constant follow-ups via phone calls, texts and e-mail communication. Through many discussions with Roman Stone Designs it was clear the objective was to complete this work prior to Winter. Roman Stone Designs had a excellent understanding of the upcoming winter weather conditions and the significance that unsafe and dangerous porch steps could cause to individuals in winter conditions. Roman Stone Designs has been unresponsive since November 1st and unwilling to take any appropriate action to fix the defective work to the requirements of the contract. Additionally Roman Stone Designs damaged property grass and internet wiring in local neighborhood that had to be repaired by other parties. Roman Stone Designs also changed step material without client approval as per contract.
