    I bought a Lifetime Premium subscription to the website in 2019, which entitled me to lifetime of premium service. I hadnt used the website since during pandemic but when I tried to access my account in January of this year, website prompted me to join the Premium service. This was despite I had already paid for Lifetime in 2019. On reaching out to them about this issue, their response was: “your Membership status has been revoked as of December 01st 2022.

    This is due to a policy change within the company in December 2022. Our Lifetime Premium Membership model was converted to a 3 Year Premium Membership plan for the cost $30. We are sorry that we couldn't uphold our promise of Lifetime Membership, and you may rightfully feel resentful and betrayed.”

    No remedy provided and no response to honoring the commitment or refunding the cost that I paid for the product that they revoked.

    ************* ** * web movie service. I subscribed to lifetime benefits in Jan 2017 which clearly indicated that I pay ONLY ONCE. Recently, they changed their policy and have instituted premium membership for 3 years for $25. I requested them by email to HONOR lifetime benefits *** ********* **** * ** ************* They have replied by email but did not address my concern.     I had signed up for Lifetime Premium Membership for Einthusan online account to watch online content legally. Membership was working fine till I noticed recently that I was my Lifetime Membership was showing expired.
    I contacted Einthusan via email and they changed policy effected Dec 1, 2022 and now I should pay every 3 years to extend my premium membership
