      I just bought my vapes on friday it said it would come monday after i just spent 100$ for 3 vapes and on top of that it’s 10$ shipping and 20$ for one day shipping like respectfully no, .. it’s not true to the timing but it’s not here yet and it’s monday 6pm, it said from 12-3pm it’s not here and now i’m vapeless *** ** ********* *** ********, thank you so much !!!!!!!

      Hi *****, sorry to hear your package may have arrived late. We do our best and are at the mercy of shipping companies to make sure they live up to their promises. If you didn’t get your package later in the day after you wrote this review please contact me so I can take a look at what happened. We’d like to ensure it doesn’t happen to you again or another customer. Also we can look at getting you a credit for the shipping costs if the shipper missed their promise date.

      Hey i sent a review on my vape not being recieved, it still hasnt come it was supposed to come on monday then they said wednesday i believe, still not here though.. now it’s saying tuesday but i contacted can vape support and they said they would get me an express shipping with the vapes i bought with the money i spent on the vapes

      The charge for xpresspost but just *** *** *** *** send it expedited parcel anyway. They recently put something on their website warning people it doesn't apply to batteries. But they still don't send it right most of the time and they just keep the extra, batteries or not. **** **** **** *** **** ** **** ********* ** ** ******* ****

      I have been ordering from canvape for awhile never had a problem, This last time they sent me the wrong pods so I contacted customer service and couldn't believe they wanted me to pay to have them shipped back to them and accused me of lying about getting the wrong pods. Because noone would help me at canvape I contacted the zpod manufacturer and they helped me out right away and sent me a free label to return my pods and sent me the flavor I wanted with a 20% discount on my next order with ******. I order pods every week and will never order from canvape again due to their poor customer service *** ********* * ***** **** * ***** ** * ******

      Whoever is responding to this is ** ***** because the owner has already refunded the money because they do cover cosmetic damages when it is something that it was bought for cosmetic purposes as a bong with a decal on the side of it. Learn how to do your job please.

      I was in a hurry and didn't take the receipt. My bad. Two days later I noticed on my bank statement, that I was charged $58 for two packs of vapes, one cost $ 17. However, when I asked the store owner to quickly check transaction on his terminal he refused *** ******* ***** *********** Same with the "customer service" who hung up the phone on me. * **** ** * ****** ******  
      At this point I don't care about the overcharged. But I am upset how they conduct business. There is no more client satisfaction, or kind customer service. The store "owner" was ********* telling me to contact BBB. So I did as a warning.

      Went to the location in Barrie. Nice kid helped me out, got my vapes at I think the best price around. Will return there again.

      Awful customer service. They don't help with anything, **** ****, don't take any responsibilities. They need to fire every customer service employee and hire an adequate team. ***** *** **** ****! Expired product, waste of money!

      **** *** *************** They overcharged for shipping and I had to go pick up the item because that's what the agreement they have on their end is but don't let you know that at all prior to taking your money.
