On May 26, 2024 I ordered a pair of steel toe *** ***** rubber boots to use at my job. I paid 151.19 after tax. I have tried multiple times to contact this company about my order after I waited a month and still hadn't received a shipping confirmation. Still to this day over 4 months later I haven't heard from them nor have I received the product.Initial Complaint

I purchased boots from this company on January 30, 2024. The amount paid was $172.88. They sent me an email saying they’d update me with tracking. The never did and that link attached to the email didn’t go anywhere. Tried contacting the company multiple times never heard back from them and never received my item. I placed an online order at Northboots.ca on Jan. 12, 2024. My **** debit card was charged at time of the order for $169.56 CAD.
I since learned from online reviews that the business repeatedly fails to ship products to customers and that they are non-responsive in dealing with complaints. On Jan. 16, 2024 and Jan. 18, 2024, I sent emails to North Boots requesting a refund and a cancellation of the order. I have received no responses to my emails and I worry that my money is lost and no product will arrive.Initial Complaint

Nov. 4th ORDER #***** confirmed as 2-5 days shipping and received a tracking number saying it was expected to arrive on the following Wednesday. On that day it changed and said delayed but no explanation. Emailed them directly multiple times, replayed to confirmation, found their ******** account and messaged them and wrote ****** review. Have received no response to date and there is no number listed to call. I placed an order with this company on March 21, 2023 (order # *****) for a pair of boots and a sweater and paid with credit card for a total of $277.96.
On March 31st, 2023 I received a shipping confirmation email that the boots were shipped and received it on April 4, 2023.
On April 7, 2023 I received an email from the company advising me the sweater I ordered was not available and gave me other options to choose from.
As the email went to my junk folder, I only replied to that email on April 27, 2023 asking for a different sweater, and received no response.
I emailed the company again on July 18, 2023, requesting once again the different sweater.
I emailed the company again today, October 30, 2023 to request a refund of the cost of the sweater plus tax that I paid for a total of $85.87.

Purchased a pair of ***** boots March 2023. Noticed cracking in several places. Contacted Northern Boots as it is manufacturer defect. It's been 2 months with no resolution. I have been sending emails for updates every 1-2 weeks. Also get, 'Sorry we are working with our claims department'. On august 28th 2023, I ordered a pair of boots. The shipping delai was 3 to 5 business days. After 5 days, I contacted the compagny (by email) questioning when my order was going to be shipped. I was told it could take up to 10 business days. After 10 business days, I contacted the compagny once more. They told me :" we are still experiencing backlogs in your item due to operational changes and logistic issues." So, since I needed the boots quickly, I asked for a refund. It's been over 5 business days and I still haven't received any refund.

I placed an order (Order #*****) on August 6, 2023 for a *** work boots (worth CA$230.99) They emailed me on August 11, 2023 letting me know that the item wasn't available and they were unable to provide a restock date at the time, and they recommended some alternatives instead. I replied and said I'll just get the refund, but instead, they offered me a 10% discount as a refund. I said "No" again and they replied with another brand recommendation instead of the refund. I refused again, and they again replied with recommendations. I told them I wasn't interested in purchasing boots anymore and I'd just like to get my refund. They said they (the representative) will personally reach out to their shipping team to inform them about my cancellation request, and that they'll update me. This was in August 15. They didn't give any update, so on August 30, I emailed them again to follow up. They apologized and said they're still waiting for the green light from their manager, and they again recommended another item and a 40% discount. I just want my refund.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with this business through their website on august 4 2023. (order # ) Amount of transaction is $183.70. Their website indicates 2-5 business days to process and ship and then provide tracking information. We are now 5 weeks later and have not received any tracking information, let alone my order. I have contacted them via email and have received several responses essentially apologizing for delays but not giving any reason for the delay and not offering any solutions.
