    My family have gone to Sherkston Shores for a few years now. We absolutely love it more each year. We were shocked to find out this year that we were paying $500 more than the friends we were camping with. I went to the desk to ask them why I would be paying so much more money when we were side by side, and only booked a few weeks apart. They proceeded to say it was like an airline. They said the prices are constantly changing. No where on the website does it say you can pay $1000 on one day, or $427 the next. Of course I would hold out to book the cheaper rate had I known this. This is a CAMPGROUND! The prices should be the same for everyone. The girl at the desk wasn't willing to help, or provide me with a credit for my next stay. She told me "it is what it is" and nothing can be done about it. I threatened that I was going to go to the BBB, ****** and *********** to let everyone know what kind of ***** business they're running. She basically told me that I had to do what I had to do. The campground is run by teenagers with very poor customer service skills. As much as I love this place, it's put a sour taste in my mouth and we likely wont be returning. * **** *******
