    May-15, 2023 The Golf car rental company charged me on this date a deposit of 2 Transactions each one $100 into my Credit card. After that I asked them to email me the invoice same day that shows the Transactions amount with Terms and Conditions and their policy. On the same day, I did not get the email and then I called them back asking about my invoice email but they told me that they are short in staff and I should get it within a week but I never did get them email from them. Then I called them after and they told me that their email system is down and I should get the email within a couple of day but I never get anything from them till now.
    I rented the Gold car from July-28, 2023 till July-30
    On Aug-1, 2023 I noticed that Golf rental company charged me the following:
    May-15, 2023 $100 Deposit twice for 2 cars which is Not Ok because I never been communicated clearly by email how the daily charge will be if its daily or per night or 24 hours.
    Then I called them on the same day asking about my email that shows the invoice with all breakdown and their rental policy but the lady told me that she can not send me any emails because their email system did not work for couple months and they never told me about this which is a big lay. Then I ask to speak to the manager Emy and she could not help me but she did admit that their email system is not working for a while.
    July-28, 2023 $239.00 Charge Twice for 2 Cars which is ok
    As a customer, I have the rights to get an email that shows the invoice amount with all breakdowns and their terms and conditions and policy. Over the phone they told me that their rental is per day but its not because per day for them is from 10am to 7pm.
