I bought a family seasons pass for Mount Baldy and added on tubing back in April for the 2024/2025 season. We are unable to use it for a whole host of reasons myself involving medical reasons.
Ihave reached out to cancel the membership before the specified time back in October and have been speaking to ***** ******. He was very friendly and ensured that he would give me my refund back in October and told me it would have to be done via e-transfer since I paid with ********** online back in April. He said it would take 5-10 business days for me to see the refund. I was very patient and when i still did not see my refund I emailed Mount Baldy. He replied and apologized for not doing it and said he would do it that week. I waited a week and a half and still nothing, I emailed him, and called his cell phone and the business phone leaving messages with no reply.
