    I have an internet package , I'm receiving the speeds I am paying , and it's always crashing and very unstable and no one is willing to fix it , I've called them 1nce a week for over a year now with issues

    Hello, 

    The requested service credit was applied at the beginning of March's billing and the customer confirmed they were happy with the credit amount. We've had multiple follow *** with the customer and confirmed over multiple occasions the customer issues are a result of his own internal setup and equipment. We have thoroughly tested our connection to the customer and can confirm they are getting the service they signed up for with us.
