    It should be known that we tried to satisfy this customer with several options, but have not had any success. We have offered to service the customers used trailer purchase in order to address the customers concerns and even went as far as to offer an exchange/trade scenario so they can feel confident in their purchase. So far we have not had any decisions made by the customer, other than negative reviews and threats of legal action. This is never a situation we want our customers to be in and hope to be able to resolve this in an amicable way. We want to work with the customer to try and resolve the issues in a fair manner.

    I am rejecting this response because: The sales team was rude and lied about the condition this unit was in from the start, they also didnt properly communicate with their customer service so I dont and cant trust them to provide me with another unit without any issues. I refuse to deal with the ************ Leisure Days location. Dealing with this has been a stressfully horrendous experience.

    Theres no current stock that fits my needs/wants in the same price range so thats not acceptable.

    If these issues were overlooked while it was inspected I have doubts and reason to believe it wont be properly fixed even if it was returned to have repairs done.
