    Dissappointing install. LVP flooring crunching sound after 6 months no resolve from A1. Had bought and had their installers install the flooring. They came to view the install and said issue must be the manufacterer, the manufacturer came to inspect and stated no installed properly as the floor was not levelled. That was the end of communication from A1. Not sure what to do now.

    A1 Called the manufacture still waiting to see the report no floor levelling was needed for this condo. Our onsite appointment also found no sound of any kind.


    Here is a great video to explain squeaks. After sending an email to Mario we received many negative reviews and not once did the manufacture reach out to us saying anything. The manufacture is now aware of the customer issue and will be reach out out to them directly.

    A1 Flooring Canada is flat out *****.
    I had spoken to Neil H. from A1. I have spoken to him, met with him and sent him the information forwarded to me from the manufacturer.
    I will gladly forward you all communication.
    Neil, when he came to view the property said he did hear the sound and that he would forward a video to the manufacturer. Manufacturer came and inspected the flooring and stated nothing wrong with the product but installed incorrectly without properly leveling the floor.
    We were living in the unit at the time of install and were present the entire time A1 installers installed the floor. They never put any leveller down on the concrete floor. the flooring seems to dip towards the outside perimeter walls,
    I mentioned this also to Neil.
    Some time has gone by and I feel they hope I will just go away and give up as it is he said she said regarding A1 and the manufacturer.
    I am extremely disappointed as we have used them in the past and are being treated this badly. Just recently I saw a ******** Ad for A1 where they claim "Adore your floor or we'll replace it"
    Never mentioned to me.
    This flooring has most likely affected my investment as if I ever go to sell, a buyer is going to question why the sounds.
    I **** **** ****** *** have never experienced this situation. Most times if an issue with the flooring it is the flooring separating at the joints but never this crunching sound.
    Terrible situation which ******** me after we spent a lot of money with this company and end up with this inferior install.
