    TKT Renovations is an excellent choice for home improvement. From my initial consultation with *** ****** for my basement bathroom renovation, I could see *** knew his stuff and was able to listen to my concerns and advise accordingly. I purchased the materials approved by ***, while he and his mates provided the labour. Our contract was clear and concise. According to my specifications and the contract, *** was able to provide an acceptable quote and work schedule that was mutually satisfactory, finishing on budget and within the projected time frame. During the work, *** was quick to consult regarding any options in design or function. The workspace was kept clean and orderly at the end of the workday. In terms of finish, any concerns, deficiencies or criticisms that I conveyed were politely heeded, clearly understood and masterfully solved in an expedient manner. With his experience and skill, he was able to trouble-shoot, innovate and improvise as required to bring the project to a successful completion. *** is a co-operative, diligent, conscientious tradesman. It is my pleasure to provide a recommendation for TKT Renovations’ professionalism and workmanship.

    *** and ***** renovated my bathroom. They put in all new floor tiles, shower tiles, a new bathtub/shower, vanity, and repainted. I have only amazing things to say about them and the job they did! They were quick, but still paid attention to details and made sure the work was up to standard. I felt very comfortable that any time there was a decision to be made they explained things thoroughly and talked me through the process. They also have very good customer service skills and were extremely professional - always communicating what they’re doing, why they needed to do something, their timing, etc.
    They were also so accommodating as our vanity was a week later in shipping, and they came back to install it even after starting a new job.
    It’s worth mentioning that my home is a bit older so this was not an easy job, with a few surprises we didn’t anticipate because older homes are not always up to code. Even with these surprises they were very fair in cost to the things I agreed to do after they explained it to me.
    All in all this was one of the most positive experiences I’ve had with a house renovation because of their honestly, communication, friendliness, fairness, and fantastic craftsmanship.
    100% will call on them again for my next renovation!

    We used TKT Renovations to renovate our two bathrooms. We wanted a company who could do all the work as we didn’t want to deal with different trades and that is what they provide. They work with an electrician who came in as needed. Tom and Tammy were quick to respond to our original e-mail and were soon in to give us a fair quote to do the work. They listened to what we wanted and gave appropriate suggestions when required. Tom did excellent work and kept a clean and neat work area. He is a hard worker. They came every day until the bathrooms were completed showing up on time and keeping on schedule. We are very pleased with the completed bathrooms and would definitely recommend TKT Renovations.

    Tom did a good job with my bathtub shower Renovation. Tom is a hardworking, skilled, dependable, on time, and trustworthy guy. It’s not a perfect job but it’s good! There were a few small cosmetic issues that didn’t get fixed.
    He has good rates too. It took a couple days longer to do the reno than quoted. I recommend.
