    Terrible experience for 2 years with Weed Man St. Catharines. The sales team will upsell you every service, but technicians won't do the work. I have had issues with a vine in my front yard for 2 years, which is the only reason i have hired the business. They refuse to come and do a re-application even after their senior technician highly recommended another application. This company has done nothing to make it right or rectify the situation. They have now agreed to refund me for the upcoming services, and have wasted my time and taken my money for two years. Hollow promises. Great sales team, rookie student/seasonal technicians that don't care one bit about their job or their clients. Probably the worst decision of my life hiring this business. Not a single call from a manager or franchise owner to discuss my concerns.

    ******* ** *** ***** ******* we also decided to not have our lawn serviced - with rising costs (inflation, mortgage interest rates, etc) we had to cut back on certain expenses. Received a couple emails with prices and ignored. They still came out and treated our lawn. I called and explained that I did not authorize any work this year. We were told that the notice said we had to contact them if we didn't want service done and because we didn't, we owed for it. Now they're sending a collection agency against us!! * ***** ********* ***** *** ***** ******* *** ******* **** **** *** *********

    We have had Weedman in past years
    This year, dealing with pet allergies so decided, between that and price we would not have done again Received a couple mails with price and ignored. They came out the other day and treated our lawn. After that, I found a notice in spam that they had scheduled a service I never consented to. Husband called today and was told that the notice said we had to contact them if we didn't want service done and because we didn't, we owed for it. Not only is this wrong, they also treated a lawn with chemicals that we did not want done!
