      ***** ***** ******* ** *** ***** ********** ******** ******* *** **** **** ***** ** ********* ******** * **** ** sold a perfect picture of a wonderful getaway.. told a lot of things that resort will be adding to make it better and justify the fees.. nothing will change… when u want to sell they will ghost you for months avoid giving you the information you need to sell..fees increase for existing owner ** **** *** ***** ** *** ** ******* ******* *** ** *** ********** ** *** **** ****** ****** **… say you get blocked out golf times when in fact you will have a hard time booking rounds cause they give them to all the stay and play rental the book..******* *** * **** ******** ** good luck dealing with the same person about any issue..

      Beautiful living, "BUT" Our experience with Great Blue Resorts (*******) is less then ideal.
      I was a cottage owner in the park called ******* *** Resorts, Site # ****** *** **
      I would like to share this experience,
      In our opinion, Great Blue Resorts is not a company that cares about customer satisfaction but instead all they want to do is fill their pockets.
      How they do that is with on going changes to the occupancy agreement, crazy increases, and rules. Will not communicate with us. Fake truths and promises all put in place to “fill the pockets” of this company.
      We got a surprise visit at the end of 2022 season from four CEOs of Great Blue Resorts, proceeded to a sit-down meeting with Great Blue Resorts (*******). We explained that there is a group of 50 owners that would like to talk about all these changes and increases. Meeting went well, we thought it was very civil, then on October 31, 2022, couple of days after closing our cottage we received a registered letter saying that we are not welcome back and that our family belongings need to be out by April 30, 2023, and to sign this letter saying we would stay in a code of silence. We had to open legal proceedings and of course they denied everything.
      I am sharing my experience with you because I do not want anyone else to experience this lack of customer service/values and total lack of judgement/remorse, once you buy into this so-called oasis you are literally stuck.
      I would suggest, do your research, listen to the negative reviews, do not just read the positive reviews that this company posts on their own websites, visit the resort and talk to as many owners as you can. Ask to see the updated Occupancy agreement which changes every year. Then make your decision, do not go in blinded with the fake truths and promises that this company will tell you.
