    This business is registered in Ontario but operating in St. John's, NL at the ****** ****. I made a purchase ******** ********* and attempted to exchange it myself. The purchase was a gift and the items didn't fit. The company did not have another size, so I requested a refund ******* ****** *********. The store would not issue a refund and told me the item is exchange only. The receipt also says exchange only, yet I was told at purchase it was exchange or refund, and their online policy states the same. The rep told me to contact the owner for a refund. I have spent almost a month attempting to do so, plus returned to the store 9 times to try and see if he was there. I finally submitted a complaint with the ****** **** *** ******** ******* *********, and the owner finally contacted me after I submitted the complaint. *** ************** *** ** ****** ** ** ** *** ****** ** ************* *** ********* * **** ** ********* *** ******** ********* ** *** ****** ***** **** ** ******* ******* **** *** ***** **** *** *** ******* I am requesting a full refund and for the owner to never contact me again outside of the refund. I can also submit documents on phone calls and possibly social media comments to the owner, but I have now blocked the company after I finally received a reply, ** * **** ******. ****** ** *** ***** ** ***** ******* **** **** Thank you.
