      Factory Muffler in St Thomas customer service 1 0ut of 10.
      I made an appointment a week in advance to have my muffler and tailpipes removed and replaced. On the day of my appointment, I showed up and explained the way I wanted it, Scot went to look for some supplies and returned only to tell me they couldn’t complete the work. The reason for this was that they only had 1 employee that could use the pipe bender and someone had booked a Mustang in that was going to take all day and he wouldn’t take him off that to fulfill my appointment. The problem being that car was not on the booking sheet when I made the appointment which meant it was not booked or recorded on the sheet before I made the appointment. This leads me to believe that even if you have an appointment and someone comes in who is going to be spending a lot more than you your appointment doesn’t matter and you will have to rebook or go somewhere else, that latter is what I did.
