    We hired this company for my wedding, They sub contracted us to another dj, and they messed up my name entering the **** when he said stand for the bride and groom. He called me my my sisters name, when I reached out to them they ignored me saying it was my fault, because I didnt fill out the music form but I did fill out the form with names and important stuff because I left the song list up to the dj. As I just wanted people to get up and dance. And they said they couldnt hear it in the video I have of the mess up but its clear as day so my mom reached out and they said they would refund me. But instead of doing so they blocked me, mom and my dad, they then went and deleted our reviews because they were negative.. they have deleted comments from other people with negative reviews as well..

    After the event a refund was offered by Schwartzentruber Music and refused by the client.
    Client, along with her friends and family made defamatory comments about Schwartzentruber Music Services on numerous social media platforms including ******** and Instagram. Also proceeded to make negative comments via 1 star reviews on Google. 
    This is now in the hands of our lawyer.

    I am rejecting this response because:
      *********** did not offer a refund they have ignored and avoided requests for refund,  we have a right to post on our own social media about our bad experience and we are allowed to leave ****** reviews. As we see fit, as my lawyer has informed me we are legally allowed to do, because we posted facts that happened at our wedding and we have video evidence to prove these incidents occurred

    Im this video you can clearly hear him say ******* and *******. Which they are denying they said as my name is ***********;
