    Initial service upon original purchase of vehicle was great. I purchased a 2022 GMC AT4 Sierra with approximately 30k with an additional $4,800 people’s choice warranty. What they told me, it was the best warranty coverage that would cover bumper to bumper and I don’t have to worry about a light bulb. My wife and daughter were present during the purchase to witness the conversation between myself and the finance manager.
    Unfortunately, less than a year I’m incurring issues with the emission system. When I reported it to the dealership, they informed me I have to incur the $2,500 plus labour and tax with a downtime of 2 weeks. They informed me that the repair is not covered under the extended warranty. As this is my vehicle for business I am incurring a rental cost of $1,000 plus tax per week charge. Furthermore, I am incurring the additional fuel and insurance charges as the rental is a gasoline vehicle.
    I don’t feel the information relayed at the time of purchase was accurate and was sold to me to complete the sale. I’m frustrated and I don’t feel any support from the dealership and this causing an huge financial burden on my business. Also, I am annoyed that my scenario they are leveraging it to upsell me to a newer vehicle.

    Since our customer lives out of town (approximately 1 1/2 hours away) the dealership has not been involved with the service repair and ownership was unaware of the customers concerns. We will reach out to the the customer, our sales team and the warranty company to review the concerns.

    9 months, july 27/2022 i had only an oil change done at disbrowe chev in st thomas on a 2019 acadia,with a cost of 96.03 ,tuesday april11/23 i had the exact service done again ,except the total bill was now 129.93, a 35% increase ,plus they also charged me for 6 liters of oil while my car only takes 5[according to gm canada],i guess the car takes more oil as it gets older,plus the technician stated on the printout that he had checked the tire pressure and topped them up to 35 psi,thats funny because i alway's have them at 41 psi and when i checked at home the following morning they were still at 41 psi,send of an e mail to them ,they acknowledged that they received the e mail bit 3 day's later they have yet to respond
