      Great experience with Irwin from start to finish. Working on the design with ***** was great - she offered perfect suggestions for our kitchen cabinets, countertop, and hardware along with a great design with an island for a bit of an awkward L-shaped kitchen layout. The scheduling was perfect and the installers were fantastic as well - good at what they do, on time, careful, and very respectful of our property..and nice guys too. We ran into a small design issue (was a miscommunication via an external designer not with Irwin directly) but Irwin worked with us to find a solution that we actually love more than the original design. We also ran into a slight defect in one cabinet door and ***** herself showed up to take it back to the shop the very same day! We like working with Irwin on our kitchen so much that we also had ***** and the team design our custom bathroom vanity and extra shelving unit...then our 2 custom closets as well. We have lots of Irwin design/work in our new home and love it all. Ironically we started out saying there was no way we were doing custom cabinets as it wouldn't be in our budget but price was good and any differential was worth every ***** for the product we got and even more importantly the service that came with it. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Irwin to anyone looking for any custom work in the kitchen/bath/closet (in fact, we have already recommended them to a few people who have been looking).
