It's so nice to hire someone who really cares about doing a good job. Then pulls it off. Ours wasn't the biggest job in the world, but that didn't matter. They treated our project with care and left us with an excellent finished product. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend Ottawa Baths to anyone who wants work done in there bathroom. Thanks so much **** and ****** for a very professional, pleasant and worry free experience. Your workmanship for bathroom upgrades was top notch. My first shower was like an experience in a fancy high end Hotel. From the initial quote, to recommendations on upgrades and helping me pick out tub, tiles, taps, etc. to the demo work and final product, you were amazing. Everything went smoothly. The communication was great. The project was finished on time and on budget. Would definitely recommend OttawaBaths to any of my friends and colleagues looking to remodel their bathroom suite. We are delighted with the work done by ****** Baths! Our new basement bathroom is beautiful, comfortable and practical. We received great service and support throughout the project.. *** and his team made improvements in the basement without breaking the budget, resulting in a job that is a dream come true. The team gave us all kinds of practical advice and suggested ways to help us save money. It was such a relief to be working with a team we trusted and found easy to communicate with. Our appreciation goes to ****** Baths for the wonderful job they did renovating our master bathroom. The crew worked well as a team, were very knowledgeable and easy to work with from start to finish. We really enjoyed the process and felt in good trusting hands throughout. They providing good advice and work was well organized which provided us with peace of mind. They undertake one job at a time so they were home for a total of 10 consecutive days which was important to us because we only have one bath at our house. Scope of work and number of days estimated were respected. The bonus is we paid for the entire job once projected was completed which was absolutely much appreciated which alleviated a great deal of stress for us. many thanks to the crew.
