    STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. We purchased a Quartz countertop from them and encountered many issues with both the quality of the countertop and the installation. The entire process from sale to installation felt incredibly rushed. When I asked for a receipt after the job was done, they would not give any. The contractors did a horrible job installing. In the laundry room, the countertop was NOT secured to the cabinet. It was just placed on top. They also did not secure the sink to the counter. We ended up having to hire someone to finish the work which cost us a significant amount of money that we wouldnt have paid had the installers done this properly. In the kitchen, the top coating was blotchy, it was either stripped or not evenly applied. The hole that was drilled for the faucet was not standard size, it was too small and *********** had difficulties installing the faucet, it does not fit properly. The installers did not put silicone between the counter and the sink to prevent water from seeping into the cabinet. The countertop is not glued at all to the right side of the dishwasher. And there is no caulking from the countertop to the cabinet. In the bathroom, there were 2 small chips in the quartz, and similar issues with the lack of caulking. No levelling was done with all 3 countertops, and as a result there are slants and unevenness along the walls and sink that are clearly visible. After multiple attempts to get in touch with the owner of Kanata Granite and receiving no response, I am left with no choice but to leave this review and we will be contacting the BBB to put a formal complaint.
