Natallia was great to work with. She showed us around the store and took time to explain everything and answer all our questions. She responded to all our emails in a timely fashion and did her best to accommodate all the schedule changes we had to go through due to other aspects of the reno getting delayed. Harry and Sean, the crew who came to complete our installation, were superb. They took care to protect our belongings while moving hundreds of pounds of stone slabs around our driveway then the house. Their attention to detail and workmanship was excellent. They took time to ensure all the seams aligned well. The waterfall looks like a single piece, you can barely see the seams! Overall it’s such a breath of fresh air to have dealt with competent, responsive and punctual professionals ***** ***** **** **** ****** ** *** ***** *** * **** ** **** ****. Highly recommended.
