Non-disparagement clause: Each and Every Client must not disparage Catalano Contracting and Landscaping (CCL), CCL Wash and Seal, Catalano Contracting and Landscaping (CCL) products/services, or any action by Catalano Contracting and Landscaping (CCL), or Catalano Contracting and Landscaping (CCL) employees to other clients, friends, family or any other third parties, whether the comment or opinion is true or not. **Negative online or other comments or reviews are strictly forbidden, and the client agrees not to comment or rate CCL negatively regardless of the truth. Breach of this condition will result in a civil action.**"
