    We ordered a radon kit from Canada Radon in January. We sent it back for testing end of march. I have left 3 messages and emailed them with no reply. Had this business gone bankrupt do they still exist? I have no idea why they are not returning my calls.

    It appears that *******'s test
    report was submitted to the wrong email address – ********************* instead of ******************** on June 7,
    2022.  A copy of the report was forwarded to ******* this morning (and is attached to this response).

    As for some background – a
    group, including myself, from the Hamilton area acquired Canada Radon in early
    May.  We have been reviewing and improving its infrastructure since that
    time.  I have asked ******* for additional information about her attempts to reach us.  It is my plan to take corrective
    action on the root cause.

    I had a radon removal unit installed two years ago, and the engine is malfunctioning. I would like to PAY to have it repaired but I cannot get the company to call me back with information on how to contact a technician. I have left multiple phone and email messages, and once managed to speak to an agent, who assured me the technician would call, but they never did. The machine cost $2500 and now is useless in our basement and we can no longer use half our house for fear of radon gas.

    Although our initial response was slow, we have been working with ***** to resolve this matter since July 25.  It is a warranty claim concerning a defective fan.

     

    As for some background – a group, including myself, from the Hamilton area acquired Canada Radon in early May.  We have been reviewing and improving its infrastructure since that time.  I’m very disappointed that our initial response was slow.  It is my plan to take corrective action on the root cause.  Any additional information that ***** can provide would be helpful.
