Our new walk-in tub was installed two weeks ago- *** ********* My husband and I are still astonished by the extraordinary level of expertise regarding the tub installation. From 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. the two installers were able to dismantle, drywall, install, paint trim and seal, clean-up and take all refuse away. They also took time to fill the new tub and explain the features. This is an expensive venture but you can’t put a price on expert installation, 17 jets, heated seat, grab bars everywhere, and safe, independent bathing with hydrotherapy plus. Thank you ***** and team. ***

My tub was to be installed July 10, 2023 by installers who would arrive at 9:00 am. I had to cancel my mother’s PSW because of the arrival time. Received a phone call from Brady at 9:19 am saying the electricians mother passed away, so no installation today. Put off until July 11 at 10:00 am. Installers arrived and started. Electrician arrived to do his work. By end of day tub was installed but had no power to tub. Electrician to come back July 12 to look for the problem. July 12, electrician showed up at 11:00 am. No power to tub because installers put a screw through the wire to the tub. Another electrician showed up at 11:40 am to replace wiring and complete tub by putting panel in place. Some minor damages had occurred, so installers returned July 16 at 4:00pm to do repairs. I was not supplied with an invoice at that time. Company has to wait for cheque to clear before they can issue a paid invoice according to Brady. I phoned Brady July 24 to see about invoice. He said he would e-mail me a copy as well as mail the original one to me. Just called today, July 31, to find out where my invoice is. I need it to get the government rebates they make sure to tell you about. Had to leave a message. Tub is great but follow-up issues could be handled much better.
