    [DO NOT RECOMMEND] Contractors Masonry recently "completed" work on our front porch slab about 5.5 feet by 10 feet. After two months of work we are left with a porch that slopes towards our house and a failed inspection which was ruled defective and advised to replace completely. Mario justified the work despite the failed inspection, water leaking in through walls in two locations, and rebar/nails sticking through bottom of the slab in the cold room below. Mario did on a few occasions admit that the work was done poorly and he was not happy with it but again despite a failed inspection said it was just cosmetic issues. Mario said he had solutions to fix some of the problems but would only do so for additional money on top of the extra $800 he was already asking for to repair damages made when they nailed the form in to the block wall and raised it up. On top of the clear structural mistakes throughout the project there was little communication on when workers were coming and to complete work. Workers left cement on my red brick wall, front door, and stones. Clear lack of professionalism and respect were shown over the two months. Ultimately Mario demanded final payment and threatened to enter the property and start removing items that had been completed. 100% do not recommend working with this company.
